Bees Offices sits on the center of Heraklion city. The starting point was a contextual analysis of the DNA of the brand and the location. The idea was to create a timeless but more contemporary mood still maintaining Bees Offices style in connection with the commercial character of the area.

The surrounding urban context definitely had a hand in the final appearance of the space: The Highline with its green elements  and the industrial feel of the area with its steel and iron elements informed the overall architectural and interior décor vision.

The 150m2 space has been developed on a trapezoidal plan. The space features a blend of neutral tones and serene textures, ranging from fluted stone wall cladding to European oak wood finishes to metal accents that have been coated in an aged white paint treatment. Furnishings are simple, allowing for maximum flexibility within the space’s layout. Natural elements are at play, too, which is an important focus for Bees Officers. A garden – freestanding at the center of the space – will be updated and cultivated four times per year, following the seasons.

With this intervention, we transformed the philosophy and heritage of the brand into a tangible space, harmoniously blending elegance, functionality and sustainability. The space is immediately notable with its four arches hosting the main entrance to the HQ and the full-height display windows with access to the space. The play on materials and decorations, and the neutral tones confirm the simple, innate elegance that has always distinguished Bees Offices.
